Welcome to Super Subscription

Super Subscription turns your Shopify products into repeat revenue. Shoppers choose a delivery schedule on the product page, check out through Shopify's own checkout, and are charged automatically from then on — with a self-service portal to skip, swap, pause or cancel.

It is built on Shopify's native subscription contracts. There is no second checkout, no separate payment gateway, and no card details stored anywhere by us. Your customers pay through Shopify exactly as they already do.

How it works

1. You create a plan. A plan is a set of delivery options — weekly, monthly, every 90 days — each with its own price rule, and you attach it to the products it applies to.
2. Shopify holds it as a selling plan. We push your plan to Shopify, which stores it as a native selling plan group. Your theme shows it, and Shopify's checkout understands it.
3. A shopper subscribes. They pick their cadence on the product page and check out normally. Shopify vaults the payment method and creates a subscription contract.
4. Renewals happen on their own. On each due date Shopify charges the saved payment method and an order appears in your admin like any other.
5. Your customer manages it themselves. The portal lives on your own domain and handles skips, date changes, swaps, pauses and cancellations — without emailing you.

Why native matters

Most subscription apps run their own billing engine alongside Shopify's. That means a second checkout, card details held by a third party, and orders that arrive in your admin through an API rather than being born there.

Super Subscription does not do that. Because subscriptions are Shopify contracts:

• Checkout is Shopify's, so it keeps your discount rules, taxes, shipping rates and payment methods.
• We never see a card. Payment methods are vaulted by Shopify, and updates happen on a page Shopify hosts.
• Orders are real Shopify orders, so every app you already use — accounting, fulfilment, reviews — sees them.
• If you ever leave, the contracts stay on your store. They are yours, not ours.
